The set of Elegant Glass Nails Neon Pigments includes 9 vibrant colors. Simply apply Neon Pigments over EGN’s Casa Blanca gel polish or one of our Gel Stamping Paints. You can also use these pigments either mixed in with Gel Polish or acrylic powders. Possibilities are endless.

How to apply:
If you are creating a specific design, we recommend using our No Shine as your base. Pigment will not adhere to No Shine top coat.
Press neon pigments onto the tacky layer of your design cure for 10 seconds. Brush off excess before Top coating!
Seal with High Shine or Polished top coat. Size: Each jar is 1/8 oz.
