Create bold bright nail designs with this versatile neon pigment.

How to apply:

Apply 2 layers of gel polish of your choice. Cure for 30 seconds between applications depending on the UV/LED lamp you currently have. 

Apply pigments with a pigment brush to the cured Gel Polish. You don't have to use a lot of pigment, just a little is sufficient as these pigments are intense in color. The effect you get depends on the base color you use.

After applying the pigment, remove the excess pigment with a dust brush around the nail and on the surface of the nail. Cure the nails for 60 seconds.

Finish your application with Radiance topcoat and cure for 60 seconds.

For maximum brightness apply over white gel polish.
